Are the 3rd party partner sites 24 hours a day 7 days a week in All markets?

Are the 3rd party partner sites 24 hours a day 7 days a week in All markets?

Would one market benefit more than another due to time zone differences?
Would the East & Central coasts use most of the daily budget LAL purchased?
 
If LAL daily purchase is $10,000 a day with the Google content network how is this budget distributed between each time zone?  How could the same daily budget sustain a growing network across many time zones?  Are they planning to increase the daily spend and distribute on a time zone roll out?

We offer this service as a benefit yet I am unclear about it.  Here in my market we have not seen 24/7 and frequently we are dark after 5pm.

Many questions brought up in sales calls.  It would help to be educated to demonstrate confidence in the product.

Question for the Coach: Hi Coach - In reference to Bob Welsh's previous question about LAL, is there a concise and comprehensible way to describe why what we do is more effective for the ad customer than using the search engines, especially Google, Bing etc.? I must confess I go to Google for everything. Do we still emphasize that we work with "over 100 search engines" ? Do we send ads out to search engines or just the high traffic web sites, etc., waiting or them to appear organically? Are we delivering a better product with the method we use? I try to avoid the conversation if I can but feel uncomfortable and find it hard to assure the customer of their exposure where their customers may be looking. If you could let me know where to go to get these answers I'd appreciate it.

Question for the Coach: I have two quick questions for you. When I first joined LAL, corporate spoke heavily on the power of finding LAL via search engines like Google, Ask & the like. I could enter a business type in the search window and I would see at least one or 2 LAL advertisers show up on the first page. Now I can go 12-14 pages back and never see a LAL advertiser listed, what happened? As this was a big part of the presentation early on, how do we modify the presentation? Also, I am new to the ad business and I need to get training on how to sell the product. The webinar for this occurs during my primary work hours so I can't attend. Do you have recorded versions of this training on the site? It would be extremely helpful to have someone that I can speak to that has successfully sold ads. Do you have any suggestions?

What is the difference between "content placement" and "pay-per-click"
Is LAL letting google place where ever when ever now? corporate news item that said:

"3rd party partners can be broken into 2 categories: Paid and Non-Paid Strategies...

example of non-paid: submission to search engines is non-paid.  Our directory and its ads are submitted to search engines each week.  Therefore, we do have many of our advertisers showing up on a variety of search engines for free (free = "organic").

Another example, is we actually pay for ad placement on the Google Content Network.  That is thousands of domain names (ex. cnn MySpace, Facebook, stc).  So, all of our ads are also submitted and then Google decides when, how, and where to place them on the 100's of sites in their content network."

This came from corporate, so,  it looks like we are no longer doing a pay-per-click?
So, the STATS PAGES are even more critical.

A potential Brand Builder asked me today, why would people want to advertise on LAL and not google?

My response, somewhat a little green, was Imagine typing up just one add and it was pushed through over 100 search engines and through the highest trafficked websites?  And then imagine not having to pay for clicks, or adwords!  you get premium listing with one add one time! and at a fraction of the cost of what any of our competitors would charge you for the same result.

Would love some input on how you would handle this question!?

I wasn't sure where I could post this. I couldn't find a spot directly for it. But, I've been on the training class with Paul and I want to say that he's simply amazing.  The things I learned from him, is definately worth a million dollars, like he said. I had posted a question in the coaches corner a while back on how to sell from home. But, no one really had an answer.  He answered that question and actually made me feel like I don't even need to leave the house to sell one thing. That you can create a relationship with your prospects, without them ever seeing you. Now, I'm not saying don't ever put a face with the voice over the phone to your clients, but it can be done! His training on how to find people who want to advertise on the internet is no joke! He shows you how to find people who are going to say yes, and elminate those no's and maybes. People who want to listen to you from the get go, people who have been waiting for you to sell them Advertising. It's absolutely amazing! I learned secrets from him that I would have not known otherwise. He's got the key, and he's willing to share it! Don't get me wrong, there's alot of good people on our team showing us lots of good stuff, but Paul holds his title of GURU without a doubt. I want to Thank LocalAdLink for giving the oppportunity to be able to have such a wonderful Sales Professsional on our side.

No discredit to any of the other mentors, I have learned from all of you, but Paul you deserve an award. I recommend to everyone to go to his webinars. I don't care how good of a sales professional you are, he will still amaze you!
