Find out what this Merchant Circle is and what it does for the client so you know what you're dealing with. Point out the negative aspects of MC to the client, then turn it around. Tell them every reason why they need to be with LAL and what LAL can give them for their money that MC is not. That would be my tactic. But what do I know . . .
